| Description Earache Pain Relief is a homeopathic formulation to relieve earache due to changes in altitude, air travel, colds and flu, swimming, exposure to cold and high altitudes. Suggested Use Adults take 15 drops under the tongue every 30 minutes for 2 hours, then take every 4 hours or as needed. Children 6-12 years of age take one half the adult dosage.
